- The QUAT sanitizer solution available in the spray bottle at the time of the inspection was mixed too strongly. The solution was mixed to 200-400 ppm according to the manufacturer's instructions by the Inspector while onsite.Approved sanitizer solutions chosen by the kitchen must be mixed to the specified concentrations.
