- As discussed, cookies and low risk foods all need to come from a commercial source. I did request the inspector for Circle Square Ranch to follow up with them regarding this. Any leftover hot lunches should be labeled with a date and what the content are i.e. a tin foil tray of leftovers was observed in the freezer with no information other than hot lunch.

- It looks like pop or something similar exploded; this needs to be cleaned up. Staff advised they will do this later today.
