OBSERVED THE UNUSED WALK-IN COOLER FILLED FROM FLOOR TO CEILING WITH ITEMS IN BLACK GARBAGE BAGS. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL UNNECESSARY ITEMS AND ORGANIZE THE INTERIOR OF THE WALK-IN COOLER TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE CONDITIONS.
