- 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- The dishwasher was not working properly as it couldn't stop running after cycle was started. The dishwasher must be repaired. Discussed with the manager that in case there is a function in the facility, single use disposable serving utensils can be used or manual dishwashing (washing, rinsing and sanitizing) must occur in the sinks. The manager advised that no any functions have been booked in the near future.
