      • Observation: Spill observed behind Combi oven from today. Cleaning of this area is required.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure spill is cleaned up to prevent slipping accidents or build up of grease and food debris. Enlist a technician to repair drain if needed. Correction required in 3 days.

Also, install metal flashing between grill and fryer to reduce spillage/grease from accumulating between food equipment. Ensure all areas including top of oven cleaned and maintained regularly and kept in sanitary condition
