- Some of the food items (baked goods) at the front counter area was left open. Some were cooling off. Operator will install a proper refrigerated display counter.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Caulking at the counter by the dishwashing area was not in good repair. Please make sure surface is repair/ recaulk.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- Cleaning is required for the following area;* Oven, grime and grease built up inside the oven. Please make sure cleaning is done.

- Cleaning cloths were left at the counter and by the sink as well. Corrected during the inspection. Please make sure cleaning cloths are kept in sanitizer solution while they are not in use.

- Cleaning is required for the following areas*Small drawers besides the stove - food debris built up*Hood fan -dust built up at the vents.*Drawers where the cutleries are stored - food debris built up.
