      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Sanitizer bucket for main sandwich line prep had no detectable sanitizer in it. Staff said these are changed every two hours.
      • 2) Observed mold build-up around water reservoir in ice machine in customer area. **This is a repeat infraction and was noted on the last routine inspection**. Ice machine also appears to be leaking, water observed streaming down metal backplate where customers dispense drinks and water observed pooling around unit with biofilm present.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Bucket was changed out during inspection. Ensure this is changed when it becomes visibly dirty to ensure the minimum concentration is maintained.
      • 2) Clean and sanitize the water reservoir, removing all mold. Due: Today
      • Have ice machine repaired or replaced so that it does not leak and cause water to pool around unit. Due: August 27, 2024
