- 1. Multiple dry storage containers observed stored directly on the floor and uncovered in the storage area. Operator covered all dry storage containers during inspection.
- 2. Bag of raw meat observed stored above a cardboard box of brocolli in the walk-in cooler. Operator moved the bag of meat to the bottom shelf during inspection.
- 3. Multiple open cans of food observed in the 2-door glass cooler and walk-in cooler. Operator voluntarily discarded all open cans of food during inspection.
- Corrective Action(s):
- 1. Place dry dry storage containers on top of shelving units and cover all dry storage containers to prevent potential contamination.
- 2. Raw meat must be stored away from ready-to-eat foods and on bottom shelves to prevent contamination.
- 3. Do not store open cans of food in the cooler. All open cans of food must be transferred to food grade containers to prevent metal leaching into food.

- Snap traps are observed on site. No professional pest control company is contracted.
- Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and sanitize aforementioned areas to remove rodent droppings. DO NOT VACUUM OR SWEEP DROPPINGS. Spray affected areas with 1:10 bleach to water solution wearing appropirate PPE.
- 2. Hire a professional pest control company to visit, assess rodent activity and apply traps/treatment as necessary. Maintain reports on site for verification by the health inspector.
