      • 1. Observed a few of the foam chairs cover were not in good repair and /or covered with duct tape.Repair or replace2. Observed a number of vacuum cleaners stored in the space between the two bathrooms downstairs.Remove unused equipment to prevent trip/fall hazard in this area.
