Preschool room: Diapering procedure observed - staff completed disinfection and handwashing.Child did not hand wash immediately after diapering - after communication with staff, the child was reminded to wash their hands.Ensure all children are reminded and supervised for handwashing after using toilet or diapering.2. Strongly recommend replacing garbage bins that are not able to be opened automatically or without the use of hands (several automatic openers were not working).

Top of half doors was exposed wood, that could not be easily cleaned and disinfected (high touch surface). Ensure all high touch surfaces including top of half doors (bottom) are finished to be easily cleanable.
