      • There was no signage posted indicating that the facility is currently under outbreak. The director confirmed that they have received the sign and will print and post it on the notice board at the entrance.

      • The facility was using a chlorine sanitizer at a concentration of 100 ppm for disinfecting high-touch surfaces.During the inspection, cleaning and disinfection procedures and outbreak-specific requirements were reviewed. Instructions on preparing a 1000 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution were also provided, and the director successfully mixed a new solution at the required 1000 ppm concentration.

      • In the Silly Shark rooms, a basket containing various small loose parts—such as wooden pieces, corks, pinecones, and stones were observed. Some of these items were small in size and pose a potential choking hazard. Please keep this basket out of children's reach. Consider replacing the items with larger sensory play materials. Alternatively, if these items are to be used, ensure they are only accessible under "strict supervision "by staff to prevent any risk of choking.

      • The surface of the diapering mats in the infant room was deteriorated and no longer smooth or easily cleanable. Please replace the diapering mats in the indicated room.

Please store them in the location inaccessible to children.4. Observed chemical storage cabinet unlocked and chemicals are accessible to children in washroom. Please lock the cabinet.

      • No chlorine test strips are available for sanitizer (Bleach) solution for the facility at the time of inspection.Please obtain the chlorine test strips and check the chlorine sanitizer solution concentration daily.

      • The first aid kit in the Silly Shark room was missing large-sized bandages, which must be readily available in the event of an incident.Please ensure that all first aid kits are stocked with an adequate supply of bandages in various sizes.

      • In the Outstanding Otters room, the diapering surface was observed to be torn at the middle, making it difficult to clean and disinfect. Please replace diapering pad in above mentioned classroom.

      • There were no bottom window coverings in the Jelly Fish room, which are necessary to create an environment conducive to sleep.Please install bottom window coverings in the Jelly Fish room.
