      • Observed moldy tomato sauce stored in opened can in fridge at hallway by the office. Operator removed the moldy food during the inspection.

      • Observed tomato sauce stored in opened can in the fridge at hallway by office.Please use food grade container to store unused portion of food.

      • The fridge temperature at hallway by the office was observed to be 12 C.Please fix the fridge and ensure fridge temperature remains 4 C or colder at all times.

      • All food handling, including tasks such as cutting fruit and cheese, must take place in a facility with a valid AHS Food Handling Permit. Food handling cannot occur in the hallway, as it lacks the necessary equipment, such as a handwashing sink, to prepare snacks for children in a sanitary manner.

      • 1. At the time of inspection, the kitchen at the C2 Centre was not maintained in a sanitary manner. Please ensure that the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned, with all food contact surfaces properly cleaned and disinfected. The facility should be organized to support food preparation for the children in a sanitary way. Fridges and freezers must be equipped with thermometers. The designated hand-washing sink must be properly stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.2. Please provide detailed cleaning schedules outlining what items will be cleaned, who will perform the cleaning and the frequency of cleaning for each item.
