      • Review of outbreak protocol.Needs outbreak signage. Will post copy of outbreak letter sent to parents at front entrance.Upgraded to 1000ppm chlorine for common contact surfaces. Testing strips available. Clean common contact surfaces at least three times per day. Only one classroom in use today, deep cleaning the others. Handwashing available and fully stocked. Recommended adding hand sanitizer for children over the age of three.Isolation room in office. Carpeted floors, bring in sleeping mat.Sensory items removed. Plush items removed. Social gatherings removed. Will implement system where kids from individual rooms are not grouped at beginning and end of day.Kitchen foods prepared by Alexis. Food distributed to each classroom, handed off to staff. Plated by each staff member.Surveillance of ill staff and clients. No new cases. Closed for weekend.

      • The facility’s stairs were observed to be inadequately secured for client safety at the time of inspection.Please ensure that gates and/or barriers are installed/available where there are changes in floor levels to ensure client safety.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • Client jackets were noted to be touching or overlapping onto other client storage areas at the time of inspection.Please ensure that adequate separation is available between client belongings to help prevent the spread of illness.
