      • - Old rodent droppings observed along the left side corner of the slide door cooler at the back.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • - The space is very tight here and it is difficult to clean the area. Take the bottom panels off from the cooler unit to expose the floor and inner compartment. Clean off any rodent droppings. Install glue traps inside if necessary.

      • - It appears that the operator has been treating that area herself. Ensure to keep treating the area and monitor the activity. Scrape out all debris behine the pipe. Sanitize the area with bleach. Place glue boards around the area.

Ensure strata pest control company conducts re-baiting. Remove all debris on the floor, especially by the corners and gaps (between wall and pipes), clean & sanitize.
