      • 70% alcohol was used to disinfect Facial machine probes and probes are not cleaned before apply alcohol. Clean with soap and water before disinfecting. Use a disinfectant wipe or spray with DIN on it.VIM disinfectant wipes were available.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • 1) Surface of the service table was torn.2) Surface of the head rest was torn.1 to 2) Please refinish the surfaces or replace the table and head rest.
