- A cooler across from the sushi preparation station/cooler had a temperature between 8-9C. The display on the cooler showed 17C, indicating that the cooler was dysfunctional. This cooler did not hold high-risk perishable food items - inside the cooler was whole produce and sauces.Safeway deli manager put in a work order to repair/service the cooler.REQUIREMENT: Repair the cooler and ensure cold-held items are maintained at 4C.
