      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - No QUAT sanitizer detected in sanitizer buckets in the back kitchen.
      • - Staff not aware which colour bucket is sanitizer and which one is for soap.
      • Corrective Action(s): QUAT sanitizer at dispenser measure 200ppm.
      • Instructed staff that red bucket is sanitizer and green bucket is soap.
      • Please ensure all staff are aware which bucket is for which chemical. Words on the buckets are faded. Label or rewrite the chemical on the buckets to avoid confusion.

      • Observation: 1. Raw eggs observed stored above other foods (veggetables/ready to eat foods) in the stand up cooler next to the cookline. (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION)

      • 3. Bar area, in the ice basin, where the many pipes are attached to the brick. Mold was observed on the pipes where ice can be in contact.
      • 4. Fan grills of walk in cooler observed to be dusty/moldy.
      • 5. Some food items in walk in cooler observed stored uncovered.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Do not store raw eggs on top of veggetables or ready to eat foods.
      • 2. Please ensure handles are not in contact with food when scoops are stored in the bin.
      • 3. Please clean all the pipes and ensure there is no mold growth that may contaminate ice.
