- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher chlorine sanitizer concentration measured at 10 ppm. Sanitizer intake tube was inside the rinse-aid container.
- Corrective Action(s): Operator replaced the tube to the sanitizer container, and sanitizer then measured 100 ppm. Operator re-washed and sanitized the previously cleaned dishes in the dishwasher.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following cold potentially hazardous food (PHF) items were stored in the front undercounter cooler unit for greater than 2 hours and internal temperatures registered > 4 deg C

- - Cream
- - Milk alternatives (oat and almond milk)
- Internal temperatures of the above mentioned cold PHF items registered between 6.9-11 deg C.
- Corrective Action(s): Operator VOLUNTARILY discarded all cold PHF items that had internal temperatures > 4 deg C for longer than 2 hours.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two food contact surface sanitizer spray bottles registered concentration below the minimum requirement of 200 ppm QUATs.
- Corrective Action(s): Staff emptied the food contact surface sanitizers and refilled the bottles from the source chemical dispenser located at the two compartment sink. New concentration registered at 200 ppm QUATs.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back handwashing station located next to the mop sink was not easily accessible. Equipment stored in front of the handwashing station made the handwashing station not easily accessible for staff.
- Corrective Action(s): Operator removed the obstacles and equipment in front of the handwashing station such it was now easily accessible for staff.
