- The owner did not submit the notification about the business to the AHS. Please submit the notification to the AHS.
- 17. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Critical)?
- Clippers at one of the workstation were not clean and had hair on them. Ensure that re-usable equipment is cleaned and disinfected between the clients. It was addressed during the inspection.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- Barbicide solution was changed weekly. Ensure that the Barbicide solution is changed daily, as per manufacturer's instructions.
