      • The QUAT sanitizer solution available onsite was recorded at 0 ppm concentration when tested using both the Inspector’s test strips and the operator’s test strips. Staff prepared a new QUAT sanitizer solution in accordance with the Manufacturer’s Instructions for Use (MIFU); however, the solution continued to read 0 ppm upon testing.Staff prepared a chlorine sanitizer solution and used it as a replacement.Ensure that all sanitizer solutions are routinely tested and confirmed to be maintained at the required effective concentrations prior to use and throughout operations.
