      • Stall is currently using QUAT sanitizer solution but does not have QUAT test strips.- Please acquire QUAT test strips and ensure concentration is measured at 200ppm when prepared.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Hand wash sink was utilized to cool a pot of food.- Staff was advised not to do that and pot was removed immediately. Please keep food processing separated from the hand wash sink.
