      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cakes stored in the display cooler were measured with temperature of 8-12C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Instructed staff to discard all the cakes from the display cooler. If the cooler is used for display only, then a sign needs to be posted on the cooler stating the food inside is for display only.

      • Observation: Quats sanitizer in the spray bottle and from the dispenser measured with concentration of 400 ppm.
      • Corrective Action(s): 200-400 ppm is the proper concentration for food surface sanitizer. Lower the concentration from the sanitizer dispenser. Correct by: Jul 22, 2026.

      • Observation: Display cooler measured with an ambient air temperature of 8.1C after 30 minutes
      • Corrective Action(s): Service / repair the display cooler to ensure an ambient air temperature of 4C or less can be maintained.

    • 205 - Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Approximately 2 dozen shelled eggs were stored under ambient room temperature measured at approximately 30C. Operator stated they were stored for almost 2 hours.
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard all aforementioned eggs. Potentially hazardous food such as shelled eggs must be stored at 4C or less.

    • 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
      • Observation: Gap observed between the back entrance door and the floor.
      • Corrective Action(s): Seal the gap to prevent entry of pest. Correct by: Apr 1, 2026.
