- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Bleach solution measured over 200ppm in the bucket at the front.
- - Bleach solution measured at 0ppm at the spray bottle in the kitchen area.
- - Bleach solution measured at 50ppm at the third tub for the three compartment method of dishwashing.
- Corrective Action(s): - Bleach solution should measure 100-200ppm for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
- - Staff fixed the bleach solutions to meet the correct concentration.
- - Instructed staff to properly sanitize the previously washed dishes with the correct concentration of sanitizer.
