      • Opened dry pasta (macaroni) was still stored in the original container. Please ensure that a food grade plastic is used to store food once it has been opened to prevent access to pest and subsequent contamination.

      • Hoodie was observed to be placed on food in the dry storage area. Please ensure that all personal items are stored away from food storage areas to prevent contamination of food.

      • Grease and dirt build up in the dishwasher - Please ensure that dishwasher is cleaned prior to use to prevent contamination of dishes and utensils.

      • No food grade container for banana storage. Ensure that banana is stored inside a food grade container to prevent contamination.

      • Cooking utensils were stored with the business end facing upwards. This could result in cross contamination when handling utensils. Ensure they are stored with the business end facing downwards.This was corrected during inspection.

      • Banana noted on the shelf and not in a food grade container. Ensure that all food are stored in a food grade container to prevent cross contamination.

      • Dishwasher rinse cycle at 0ppm chlorine. Operator informed that a technician has been arranged to repair the machine.* Continue to use the 3-comp sink as discussed11-Jan-2024- Repeated violation - dishwasher at 50ppm, continue to use three comp sink until dishwasher is fixed. Please notify EPH once completed.

      • The following areas require cleaning and sanitation:- Dust buildup around the two air vents in the kitchen- Dust around non-functional air conditioning unit in Kitchen - operator noted that the unit will be removed, and area sealed off.
