COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Please plumb in a reprocessing sink that has both hot and cold water available. This sink cannot be used for food preparation and cannot be located in a washroom. It must only be used for handwashing and equipment reprocessing.

Please purchase 7% Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide test strips. The CS20 must be tested each day it is used and tests must be recorded in the disinfectant log.
