- Observation: Mouse droppings observed in base cabinets along window wall and base cabinets under microwave. Pest control company was in earlier today according to staff, traps observed in some of the base cabinets as well as steel wool in holes in walls of cabinets.
- Corrective Action(s): Clean up mouse droppings in all cabinets and sanitize cabinets. Due: Friday March 15, 2024
- Continue to monitor for new activity and work with pest control company to eliminating pests.

- Observation: Observed bait being used in the kitchen for rodent infestation. Bait in the box can be transferred to the rodent's body which can transfer it to the food contact surfaces.
- Corrective Action(s): Remove bait box from kitchen and utilize only methods that do not pose a risk to food or food contact surfaces. Due: before next kitchen rental/use.

- Observation: Observed several rat droppings throughout kitchen including some on counter top. Also observed glue boards and a bate box in kitchen.
