- Instructed operator to make bleach water sanitizer bucket and measured at 100 ppm at the time of inspection for wiping down food contact surfaces. Operator has not purchased a spray bottle for making bleach water sanitizer. It was brought up on previous inspection report, Nov. 9, 2023.Facility operator, Jennifer Hoskins has ordered chlorine test strips and it should arrive at the facility on Nov. 15, 2023. Submit a photo once you have chlorine test strips to undersigned PHI.
