      • The chlorine bleach sanitizer solution spray bottle was measured at 0 ppm. The volunteer staff, Helen Dyck was informed by the inspector on proper preparation of approved sanitizer concentration and added some chlorine to the sanitizer bottle. It was measured at 100 ppm afterwards. Facility has Chlorine test strips.
