      • The refrigerator was measured to be maintaining a temperature of 6 degrees Celsius at the time of the inspection. The fridge set temperature was decreased at the time of the inspection to ensure foods are stored at 4 degrees Celsius or less.Ensure that a thermometer is placed in the refrigerator to help monitor holding temperatures.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • At the time of the inspection, the 2-compartment dishwashing sink was unable to drain the waste water.The sink had backed up and waste water was standing in the sink basin.Ensure that the sink is serviced and able to drain freely. Ensure that the sink basin is cleaned and sanitized before returning to service. No food service is to be conducted for the public until the sink is repaired.
