- Sandwiches past best before date observed in a cooler. The food items were removed by the operator during inspection. Please ensure food products are constantly checked and food past best before dates removed.
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- The temperature of pizza in hot holding was measured to be at 54C. The operator increased the temperature of the hot holding unit. 61C was measured from the hot holding unit at the end of inspection.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- A tong and spatula used to portion/serve pizza and other food items were left at room temperature for more than 2 hours. The staff removed the utensils to be washed at the restaurant next door. Please ensure used utensils are washed and sanitized every 2 hours or replaced with clean ones.

- Yes (corrected during inspection) - the currently posted Food Handling Permit was dated with expiry of September 30, 2023, with the operator subsequently printing and then posting the new 'paid for' Food Handling Permit with expiry date of September 30, 2024. Operator to ensure the most current Food Handling Permit is posted in a conspicuous location at all times, to be available for public viewing.
