- Undiluted bleach was not available for the preparation of bleach-water solutions as the last bottle was just used up. The Owners will be purchasing the replacement supply shortly.

- 01. Is the food facility in compliance with verbal and/or written approvals and/or orders issued by an Executive Officer, and is the Executive Officer able to exercise their duties without obstruction or interference?
- At the time of inspection the staff member on-site obstructed the Executive Officers from conducting the inspection. Approximately 20 minutes later the owner arrived an allowed the inspection to proceed,
- 02. Is all food in this facility from an approved source and/or properly labelled?
- Uninspected meat found in small chest freezer. The owner indicated it was for her personal use and she placed it in her personal fridge.
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- High risk cream pie stored in Coca Cola fridge at 15C. The pie was removed and placed in another cooler at the time of inspection. Please ensure the fridge can maintain proper temperature if high risk foods are to be stored in it.
- 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
- The operator has not completed food safety training. From discussions with the operator, more food safety training is required. Please complete an AHS recognized food safety course as soon as possible.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- The ventilation canopy is due to be professionally cleaned.
