- FLOORING FINISH UNDERNEATH MECHANICAL DISHWASHER (WHERE FLOOR MEETS THE RUBBER COVING ON WALL):Observed a small section of flooring which is missing and cracked and will result in dirt accumulation and inhibit proper cleaning. Please refinish this flooring finish to ensure a smooth and easily cleanable finish. Also noted that the flooring finish underneath the same machine has a whitish chalky stain which is more than likely the calcium deposits in the grey water drainage pipe (black colored PVC piping). You may wish to determine if there are any leaks at the pipe joints.
