- The staff washroom door was left in the open position during the inspection.Note - it opens directly into a food processing area.This door was closed at the end of the inspection.The staff washroom door needs to be kept closed at all times, or install a self-closing door mechanism.

- PHI observed that there were containers of raw cookie dough left out at room temperature. This dough mixture contains raw eggs as part of the ingredient list.Therefore, if the raw cookie dough is not going to be processed/baked that day - it must be stored under refrigeration until it will be baked.These 3 containers of raw cookie dough were placed into a cooler, during this inspection.

- 1) In the dry storage room - open bulk bags of ingredients are not being stored properly - this leaves them open to contamination.2) Front hand wash station ( white sink ) - there were meds being stored next to the sink, which is next to a food processing table.Corrective Actions 1) If open bulk bags of ingredients are not going to be used up within 24 hours, they then need to be stored in a sealable container.2) Please keep personal items, like meds, stored in the office - away from the food.
