      • Facility has moved back to using a Lactic acid based sanitizer - this is not an approved sanitizer for your food facility.Choose one of the following sanitizers, that are approved for use under the Food Regulations, they are: - Chlorine based, OR - Quats based, OR - Iodine based.Discontinue the use of the Lactic Acid based sanitizer immediately and obtain a supply of one of the approved sanitizers.Note - you will also need to have the appropriate test strips for the sanitizer that you choose to use.
