      • Observation: Health approval was not sought by school and food service establishment operator after completing renovations. Facility has been extended significantly from existing location. New equipment has been installed as well.
      • Corrective Action(s): Conditional approval to operate has been given, on the condition that a floor plan of the new facility with an equipment list be submitted to Fraser Health by October 5, 2017, otherwise, face enforcement action. Addtionally, if existing menu has changed, provide a new menu and an updated food safety plan by October 5, 2017.
