- Washroom access: Current setup involves going through a utility room that has inadequate lighting. This room contains a hot water tank that is easily accessible. This is a safety concern especially if children will be going to use the washroom. Ensure a new door is installed from the sitting area which will allow direct access to the washroom. Current door must be locked to prevent access to the utility room.

- Public/Staff Washroom: ceiling tile is water stained/damaged. There was a water leak, but it has been repaired. Ensure new ceiling tiles are installed.
