- A sanitizer bucket was being used in the main dining area; however, it did not contain a proper bleach and water solution at the time of inspection.A fresh batch of sanitizer solution was prepared during the inspection.

Please arrange for the ventilation hood to be serviced by a professional company and submit the service report to our office within the next two weeks.Regular servicing of the ventilation system is essential to prevent fire hazards. Ensure that future maintenance is conducted on schedule.

- REPEAT VIOLATION:Pest control records were not available on site.Provide pest recent control records to our office, to indicate completion of the monthly pest control measures.

- A bag of carrots was stored directly on the floor. Please store all the food items at least 6 inches off the floor.Corrected during inspection.

- Food handling permit for the facility is expired. A valid permit is not displayed for the facility.Please ensure that your Food Permit is posted at the cafeteria, in public view.Office manager updated that they had paid for the permit last September and showed the paid invoice. PHI will be contacting permitting office to send the permit again or can just wait until September and will be getting the next one. If you cannot find, or have lost your Food Permit - please call 1-877-360-6366 to arrange for a replacement Food Permit

- Ventilation hood have grease particles build up. As per date of last cleaning on the sticker, the internal cleaning of hood is past due. Please ensure that ventilation hood is cleaned now and serviced on regular basis to prevent fire hazards.
