      • Especially heavy around tandoor oven. Grease, when built up, can be a fire hazard.

      • 2. Hole observed under sink nearest dishwasher. Staff on site states this was the floor drain.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Repair and/or replace lid for table. All equipment for food preparation is to be made of a smooth, non-absorbent, and durable material that is easily cleanable.
      • 2. A metal grate needs to be placed over the floor drain to prevent pests from entering and/or hiding inside.
