      • Observation: Main walk in cooler at 12C at start of inspection. Beer walk in cooler at 10C. Owner and staff informed that unit is turned on and off multiple times a day to allow the unit to defrost as ice is constantly building up on the fans. After one and a half hours the main walk in cooler's lowest temperature was 11.9C and the beer walk in was 8.9C, as tested with the EHO's probe thermometer. Owner informed that multiple technicians have been called in over the summer to look at the walk in. Temperature logs have not been used for August or September.
      • Corrective Action(s): EHO to return at 3pm today.

Monitor temperature of unit every hour until close today. Have unit serviced if it cannot maintain 4C and do not use it to hold potentially hazardous foods until it can.
