  - Observation: Limited number of mice droppings observed in different places in the facility. Droppings are by vegetable display cooler, behind display coolers and in front of the store. It aprears most of droppings are old but some fresh as well. Mice traps noted thorughout facility.
  - Corrective Action(s):
  - Clean and sanitize places affected by droppings. Use proper PPE to do cleaning and sanitizing.
  - Bleach water of 1000 ppm can be used to spray on droppings before sweeping floors. Use gloves and eye protection when using chemicals.
  - Ensure all droppings are gone.
  - Do not leave food on floor during closed hours.
  - Ensure to set more traps if required. Monitor pest activity and take action immediately.

  - > 6 bags of frozen seasonal soup
  - > 5 frozen ham + pineapple calzones
  - > 2 frozen pepperoni calzones
  - > 4 frozen cheese calzones
  - Photos have been taken of the items. HELD tag placed on shelves.
  - Corrective Action(s): All above items have been placed on HOLD until source is verified. Do not make any sales or remove any products from the shelves until permission is given by EHO.
