      • Sterilizer had recently been relocated from other facility but did not have spore test or Air Removal Test (Bowie Dick) test completed prior to use after being relocated. Complete these tests prior to using.

      • There were two expired ink bottles on shelf. These were removed/discarded by staff during the inspection.
