      • Not all fridges were equipped with thermometers. Ensure all fridges have thermometers inside.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1. Drywall to the right of mop sink was water damaged and mouldy. Remove mouldy drywall, replace and ensure wall is painted or covered with material that is smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean. 2. There was a piece of drywall towards back of restaurant that was unpainted and had an unfinished edge. Paint and finish edge to ensure wall is smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.

      • Hand soap dispenser were installed, but not properly working at time of inspection. Repair. Ensure there is hand soap available at all hand sinks.
