      • 1.Foam type material has been used to seal gaps along the base of the floors and along walls. The foam is extending into the floor area making the edge of the floor along the wall hard to clean.2.A beside the walk-in freezer is noted to have some holes/tears which have been repaired with tape.1.Ensure that the foam is cut back so that the floor is smooth and easily cleanable.2.The wall must be repaired to be smooth and easily cleanable.
