    • 205 - Critical Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Sandwiches made yesterday were stored at 9.6°C inside the cooler. Temperature log shows that cooler temperature is consistently above 4°C. Additionally, operator was not aware the proper storage temperature for perishable foods is 4°C or under. Refrigeration temperature for perishable foods must be kept at a minimum of 4°C or below to prevent the growth of harmful microbes that could lead to foodborne illness.
      • Corrective Action: Operator discarded sandwiches voluntarily. Please adjust cooler to ensure sandwiches are store at 4°C or under.
    • 501 - Repeat Operator does not have FOODSAFE Level 1 or Equivalent [s. 10(1)]
      • Observation: Operator does not have FOODSAFE level 1. They were not aware of the storage temperature of potentially hazardous food is 4°C or under.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to take FOODSAFE level 1 course.
