      • Main drain cover are expiring in November 2023 and required to be replaced.Complete an Anti-entrapment plan for the facility. Consult with your pool service provider to complete the anti-entrapment plan and replacement of main drain covers.

      • Combined Chlorine: 1.13ppm, 1.15ppm***; March 24, 2022: Combined Chlorine: 1.63ppm***November 17, 2022: Combined chlorine 1.69ppm. <1ppm ideal to maximize bather comfort. Outstanding and reoccurring issue on the last three monitoring inspections.

      • The flow meter was not functional. Turnover period and filtration rate could not be calculated. Repair or replace the flow meter.
