- Baker's Cafe - bucket had 0 ppm quat sanitizer. Asked staff how it was obtained, she said she sprayed sanitizer from bottle into the bucket.-Ensure staff are trained to obtain sanitizer for buckets and spray bottles directly from dispenser-Buckets changed

- 1) Thomsons bar - one bottle of spray sanitizer measured >500 ppm quat.-Use quat sanitizer at 200 ppm-Operator discarded this bottle2) Bakers Cafe - sanitizer pail had <1" solution and no cloth in the bucket.-Ensure staff bring sufficient sanitizer to maintain food contact surfaces, including espresso machine steaming wands

Digital display showed 47F and dial thermometer in fridge showed 45F-Ensure fridges maintain perishable foods at 4C or below-Operator discarded all affected food products-Bakers Cafe has another display cooler that can be used until main unit is repaired. Recommended to have a lower set point as fridge doors are opened frequently

- Regency Club (current room for Stampede) - in the back room, one set of lights appear to be glass tubes, and they did not have a protective cover.-Install a shatterproof cover, sleeve, or tubes that cannot shatter
