      • There is a hole in the wall near the handwashing station for water access.Ensure the hole is repaired so the wall is smooth, impervious to moisture, and easy to clean.Facility plans to cover the hole with a stainless steel cover that can be taken off if water access is needed.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The slicer had dried food debris around the blade.Ensure the slicer is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use.Clean the slicer prior to next use.
