      • Used cleaning cloths were noted sitting on the counters.Staff moved the used cleaning clothes to the laundry bag.Ensure that cleaning cloths are soaked in a sanitizing solution in between use.

      • At the time of the inspection, the pest control checklist completed for the month of May 2024 was available for review.The operator was able to present the most up-to-date pest control checklist for July 2024 by the end of the inspection.Please ensure the most up-to-date pest control records are available onsite for review.

    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • A water leak impacted a section of the ceiling. Please ensure walls, piping, the ceiling and HVAC systems are cleaned, repaired and disinfected, where possible. Remove any absorbent materials such as drywall that has been water damaged. The site has repaired the leak, cleaned up any standing water, and has started to dry out impacted areas with fans. The site has been in contact with a repair company for repairs to the ceiling. Please submit plans regarding food handling while the kitchen is closed for repairs.

      • Temperature logs are not being kept for the kitchenette fridge. Pease maintain temperature logs for the fridge.
