    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • -Old pill bottles were being used for play in the Pre-school Room. Pill bottles have plastic that is porous and even when cleaned drug residues can remain. Please do not use pill bottles for play.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • - The Chlorine solution in multiple classrooms was measured at greater than 1000ppm, which is too strong. The solution was remade at the time of inspection. Please use test strips to verify 1000ppm Chlorine.
    • 21. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Critical)?
      • -One of the handwashing sinks in the Toddler Room washroom was dripping. Please repair.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • -Sleeping mats in the Baby Room were stacked together with the sheets on. Please store sheets separately for each child. This can be done by storing the mat with bedding on separately or storing the bedding separately and cleaning/sanitizing mats after each use.

      • - Bleach bottle in the washroom was not labelled. Staff was informed and the bottle was labelled.
