      • PREVIOUSLY1. The arborite countertop in the bakery back prep area, has a spot where the arborite has been worn through to the wood support, also there are some areas where the arborite has chipped off.This leaves rough areas that cannot be properly sanitized and rough edges that could cut a staff person's hand when wiping down these countertop areas.Please take steps to repair or replace this identified countertop by Jan 31, 2026.2. The meat department, walk-in freezer door does not seal properly anymore and has a damaged top door hinge.The operator is aware of this issue and is taking steps to make correction.Feb 3, 2026 - the operator has received quotes from contractors regarding the repair work listed above.The operator is waiting for budget approvals and to work with coordinating contractors work schedules around store operations.Note - for Item 2 - the plan is to remove this existing walk-in freezer, then block off the end wall of the existing walk-in cooler (where the freezer door was ) and have a brand new Meat dept walk-in freezer installed in the back storage room area.As the proposed repairs are on a larger scale, the operator has requested additional time to seek compliance, this is granted.Please complete these repairs by May 1, 2026.May 5, 2026 - Operator has requested a time extension to get these required renovations completed.       • Meat dept. - the hand wash sink was blocked by a garbage can and cart.Hand wash stations are to be kept accessible at all times.In other departments, the hand wash stations were accessible.
